Construction of 5 MW Hydroelectric Project Headworks & Intake

Scope & Description

Arc and Civ Hydro invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of the headworks and intake facilities of a 5 MW run-of-river hydroelectric project in Nepal. The scope of works includes site preparation, temporary access and diversion works, river training and protection works, intake structure, approach channel, desanding arrangements, concrete and reinforced-concrete works, foundations, retaining and protection structures, drainage, embedded items, mechanical and electrical interfaces, installation of gates and associated components, testing, commissioning support, site restoration, and all ancillary works necessary for completion of the facilities. The successful contractor shall provide all required labour, supervision, construction equipment, materials, temporary works, transportation, testing, quality control, health and safety measures, environmental protection measures, and other resources necessary to complete the works in accordance with the approved drawings, technical specifications, BoQ, applicable standards, and contract conditions.
