Withdrawal Authorization

To protect the integrity of the bidding process, any future withdrawal of your bid must be authorized against a document you submit here. Upload your company's pre-signed authorization letter and it will be sealed cryptographically. This registration is optional but required if you ever wish to withdraw.

// How This Works

Registration requires the 256-bit management token issued with the bid. A separate 256-bit withdrawal token is then bound to the exact signed authorization document and stored only as an HMAC.

Your letter must be typed on official company letterhead, signed by an authorized signatory, and must include all of the following mandatory elements:

Company Name: Full legal name exactly as registered with OCR / IRD.

PAN / VAT Number: Your 9-digit Permanent Account Number as issued by IRD Nepal.

Tender Reference: The exact tender number and title (e.g. KHP/NCB/004/082-83, Supply of Road Construction Materials).

Submission Reference ID: The Reference ID received after bid submission (e.g. KHP/NCB/004/082-83-024A2958).
→
Statement of Authorization: "We hereby authorize the withdrawal of our sealed bid referenced above."
→
Date: Date the letter is signed. Bikram Sambat (BS) or AD format are both accepted.

Authorised Signatory: Full name, designation, and wet-ink signature of the authorized representative.
→
Company Seal: Official company rubber stamp / seal (mandatory under the Public Procurement Act).
